If we have discussed having you take a diagnostic exam, you can find these diagnostics below. These practice tests are written by the respective test developers, so they are most likely to resemble the real exam.

ACT Math covers up to Geometry, plus some material from Algebra II and Probability/Statistics; it has historically been seen as more advanced yet more straightforward than the SAT Math exam.
ACT Science is not quite a science exam, but rather an exam on scientific skills (data analysis and interpretation, scientific method, experimental procedure, cause-and-effect, and reading comprehension
SAT Math covers topics up to Algebra I, Geometry, and some basic probability; it has historically been perceived as more "tricky" or word-problem-driven, but it requires a more basic math background.
It is recommended to allow at least 4–6 months between successive SAT or ACT attempts to see a meaningful improvement in scores.
